The stacked washer/dryer unit are energy efficient and stainless steel. Surrounding the unit are concrete steppingstones that go by planters of flowers, vegetables, and herbs. The stucco wall with lights wraps around the back with smaller lights on the planters. The succulent ground cover is Dymondia. Occasionally, you may see birds, squirrels and other wildlife on the wall or flying around the garden. The covered patio, and ADU deck has furniture to use and enjoy being outside.
