About This Property
Carriage House is a condominium building located in the heart of Prospector neighborhood of Park City, Utah. These condos are small, affordable units within a great location and include great amenities. This location in Prospector is within walking to dining and shopping, and also on the free Park City bus route; so getting to ski resorts, popular Main Street, grocery stores and shopping is very easy. Carriage House is also across from the popular historic Rail Trail which enables easy access to hiking and biking. Carriage House has a small pool (summer only), indoor communal jacuzzi, coin operated laundry facilities and free outdoor parking on the premises. The furnished unit has a queen bed, sofa bed, full kitchen, wood burning fireplace and small balcony. Wifi is included, with tenant paying for additional wifi services. There is no cable in the building or tv in the unit. Tenant pays for electricity. No pets and no smoking/vaping allowed. Maximum of two occupants. Viewing is available beginning May 24 with occupancy upon lease signing. There is a $40 application fee which serves as reimbursement for background checks.
