About This Home

Month-to-month lease (but looking for someone who plans to stay at least 6 months or more). WILL CONSIDER A SMALL DOG (UNDER 30 LBS). Unit has a doggy door leading out to a gated side yard. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. Located in one of the best Huntington Beach locations, on one of the nicest streets in the neighborhood. It’s the entire upstairs section of my house. Since the unit is fully-furnished, all you’ll need to bring is your clothing and your laptop (no space available for any of your own furniture or for storage of large personal items). **Note: BE SURE TO READ ALL CAREFULLY & RESPOND WITH THE INFO REQUESTED BELOW IF YOU WANT TO HEAR BACK FROM ME. Private bath (no tub), A/C, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, blender, multi cooker, toaster, electric single-burner cooktop (no stove), dishes, silverware, Keurig, towels/linens/blankets, Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, HBO, Apple TV+ & Roku. Includes utilities. Access to washer & dryer in my garage. Nice view. I require a $2000 security deposit (includes full credit towards last month's rent if you give me 30 days' notice). Looking for a SINGLE individual who's generally the quiet type. Prefer someone who wouldn't be bringing in regular guests or visitors. Also no 420, drugs or vapor, and no loud music or musical instruments. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. I'm a 75-year-old single male, live alone, very quiet. I'm quite particular about who I rent to, so for anyone interested, PLEASE TELL ME AS MUCH ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR CURRENT SITUATION AS YOU'D CARE TO SHARE. Be sure to include job description, income details, and reasons for moving (& please send one or two photos of yourself). If I feel we could be a good match, I'll be happy to give you a call to discuss further and set up a time for you to see the unit. **Note: I'd be asking for some personal references before finalizing, and I'll be happy to provide you with several of my own references as well.

Huntington Beach stretches along 9.5 miles of Southern California coastline, earning its official "Surf City USA" trademark with consistently excellent waves and pristine beaches. The downtown area centers around the historic pier, where Pacific City shopping center and the International Surfing Museum draw both residents and beach enthusiasts. The rental market reflects the area's desirability, with one-bedroom apartments averaging $2,451 and two-bedroom units at $2,893.
The city offers abundant outdoor spaces, including the 350-acre Huntington Central Park with its network of trails, equestrian center, and Shipley Nature Center. Nature enthusiasts frequent the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, a 1,200-acre wetland preserve known for its diverse wildlife and walking paths. Neighborhoods like Seacliff, Downtown, and Huntington Harbour each offer distinct rental opportunities, from oceanfront apartments to residential complexes.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
