Formerly the master bedroom of the house I live in, it's now separated from the rest of the residence and has its own entry door on the side. WiFi & utilities included. Private bath, good closet space, 10 cubic fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric hot plate and skillet, blender, Kuerig, dishes, silverware (but NO STOVE OR COOKTOP). There's a stainless prep table where you can prepare light meals, and the bathroom sink has been retrofitted for dual use to easily rinse dishes in (see photos). 40" TV with Netflix, Paramount+, AppleTV, & Roku (no cable). A/C, comfy reclining chair, small desk & eating table. Mattress is twin size (fits people 5’10” & under best). Towels/linens/blankets supplied. Access to washer & dryer in my garage. I require a $1500 security deposit (includes full credit towards last month's rent if you give the proper 30 days notice). Looking for someone who's generally the quiet type. Prefer someone who wouldn't be bringing in regular guests or visitors. No 420, drugs or vapor (I'm allergic to any and all tobacco odors), and no loud music or musical instruments. I'm a 75 year old single retiree, live alone, don't smoke, very quiet. Since this room is connected to my own living space (separated by a locked solid-core door with soundproofing added to the common walls), I'm kind of particular about who I'll rent to, so for anyone interested PLEASE TELL ME AS MUCH ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR CURRENT SITUATION AS YOU'D CARE TO SHARE.
