It is located across from UW Campus on University Ave. Easy access to bus line to hospital and the UW footbridge over to campus. 4 blocks to Engineering buildings and Camp Randall. Rent reflects that this is an older building with the basics but it does include all your utilities except your internet. There are no washer or dryers located in the building which means you need to do your laundry at a Laundromat or pay for a laundry service to do it for you. There are laundromats in near campus and in Vilas neighborhood. If you have a car, there is parking on the street in the neighborhood (you can qualify for a parking sticker from the City of Madison) or you can rent a spot at the building for an additional cost. Application and screening check is part of the approval process. In addition, one month's security deposit is required immediately after signing the lease. Apartment is on a first come basis and we will continue to show the apartment until we get an approved application and security deposit.
