A full year is not necessary, and could be 2 - 6 months. No pets. Parking for 2 - 4cars. The bunkroom contains extra beds, so there actually is sleeping for 12. There are no pullouts or futons in the property. TV in every room, and lockable bedrooms. The host is a retired Foreign Service Officer, and welcomes you!
