About This Home

1930 N Wheat Rd Unit SI ID1314602P
1 - 12 Month Lease , Available Apr 23

The advertised rate of $4,744/month is the lowest available price, based on a 1 month(s) stay with a move-in date of April 23, 2026. Rates vary depending on the duration of stay, season, and other parameters. For exact pricing and additional pricing components, please visit our website and enter your desired move-in and move-out dates. The rate is applicable when billed upfront; it can be higher if billed in multiple payments. Feel at home in this quirky, hand-built house situated on 5 acres with 450 feet of riverfront. This property offers a memorable experience with a shallow, sandy area perfect for little ones, and deeper waters for catfish enthusiasts. Enjoy access to a 12-foot swim spa and kayaks. The main house includes two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi-style tub and the other with a shower and a dedicated on-demand water heater. There are also two completed cabin rooms with their own entrances, electricity, and AC, but no plumbing, although there is a port-a-potty right outside. A third room is a tiny house with a third full bath. The water is deep well water that is filtered and oxidized, so it may be cloudy with air for a few moments after it comes out of the faucet. For larger groups, inquire about extra guest fees and additional cabins (rooms 4 to 6). Located just a few minutes from charming downtown Belton, you'll find great places to eat, a historic theater, and shopping. It's also 10 miles to Salado, about an hour to Austin and 6th street, and 45 minutes north on I-35 to Waco and Magnolia and the silos. This location is great for anything connected to the Bell County Expo Center, UMHB, or Fort Hood. The property is surrounded by hundreds of acres of unoccupied land, with one neighbor across the road a few hundred feet away. Wildlife may be present (deer, skunk, beaver, snake, etc.), and wasp nests may need to be sprayed. The train may be heard a couple of times. Please check the Bell County website about campfire burn bans. Do not hunt or shoot guns. Kayaks need to be returned to their original location, and fishing gear needs to be cared for and returned. Pricing is based on the number of guests staying at the property after the initial 6 guests ($45/night for overnight guests and $25/day for day guests). Bookings that generate a check-in on a same-day turnaround for the property may have a later check-in time. A signed liability waiver is required after booking due to the creek and other property features. No trash should be left outside. No shooting is allowed without permission. There is no off-road driving if muddy. Swimming is at your own risk. Driving under the influence is prohibited. [SI]
