Please beware of cybercriminals and scammers. We will never ask the renter for a deposit to hold the house; or send money orders or cashiers checks, or transfer funds electronically before a lease is signed. We will give a tour of the house in person or via FaceTime to pre-screened applicants. Rent and security deposit payments are due and payable after the rental application has been verified and approved, and the lease agreement signed. We are located locally, and will not be out of town during the application vetting process.
