Property Ratings at 1929 26th Avenue
The area is not safe, and not a place that you can live and play, without traveling to other areas. There are cameras all over the property, but packages are routinely stolen, and management blames you, as the renter, on not setting up your mail to be delivered somewhere other than the apartment building that you’re paying for. There is no way onsite support. When working from home, there is always the constant noise of them renovating empty apartments. Building staff were hanging out in front of the building, wearing items that they stole from my mail.
The apartment building for the most part is quiet, now. The reason I say that is because over the past 2 years or so, this building has been bought and sold at least 3 times. There has been constant construction on the apartments as well as outside the building until recently. With all the construction, the newly done apartment, look better, and their are no longer people that don't live here sleeping in the hallway or on the stairs. But we still hear the occasional gun shot outside.
