There is no parking included. There is parking throughout the neighborhood (meter, free street parking, etc.). The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street, and you will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. Visitors to this area will find no shortage of things to do and explore during their stay. One of the most popular attractions in the area is the Milwaukee Art Museum, located just a short drive or bike ride away. For those looking to experience some of Milwaukee's famous beer culture, there are numerous breweries and beer gardens located throughout the East Side. Foodies will also be spoiled for choice in the East Side, with a wide range of dining options available to suit every taste and budget. When it comes to nightlife, the East Side is home to some of the best bars, nightclubs, and music venues in Milwaukee. This apartment does not accept local bookings, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a $500 late check-out fee, no exceptions. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Includes an office desk and chair and high-speed Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals.
