There is no parking included. The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street, and you can get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. Situated in the heart of Milwaukee's popular East Side neighborhood, this apartment is known for its diverse range of activities, food, nightlife, and tourist attractions. The Milwaukee Art Museum is a short drive or bike ride away. There are numerous breweries and beer gardens located throughout the East Side, and a wide range of dining options are available to suit every taste and budget. The East Side is home to some of the best bars, nightclubs, and music venues in Milwaukee. The scenic Oak Leaf Trail and the beautiful Lake Park offer plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors installed in the unit are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
