I highly recommend the "Spot Hero" app, it's amazing! You can find parking, compare rates and book parking with it. (Not free but much cheaper than the garages.) Parking garages: There is a parking garage that's two blocks up on Clark Street. It's called "Buddy's Parking Co." and is at 2036 N. Clark Street, and the rate is $20/day. Two large bedrooms, and the entire apartment has high ceilings, giving it a loft-like feel. Kitchen is up to date with dishwasher and all modern appliances, and there are two full bathrooms. This apartment is "Suite Five" located on the bottom floor of a renovated 1920s hotel with it's own private entrance in the back. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom, queen size bed with deluxe bedding and hotel quality mattress and mattress pad. Very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed, with deluxe bedding. The loft area has a queen size mattress, and is open air over the kitchen, looking into the living room. Important to note this loft is not an enclosed space, so really not a third bedroom. Also it is accessible by ladder only! Washer and dryer are in the unit and you are welcome to use as much as you like. Wi-fi, Apple TV with Netflix, HBO & Showtime available.
1925 N Lincoln Ave is an apartment community located in Cook County and the 60614 ZIP Code.
The historic neighborhood of Old Town is located in the North Side of Chicago, adjacent to Lincoln Park. Its buildings date back to the Victorian era, but the pace is anything but old-fashioned.
Old Town is lively both day and night – residents enjoy the cool, eclectic shops as well as rustic taverns along Wells Street. When you first step into the community, you’ll probably notice the iron “Old Town” sign. You’ll also discover the diversity here, both in food and culture. The comedy zone is a great place to go for a good laugh – check out the Second City or Zanies Comedy Club for weekly shows.
In addition to the eclectic shops along Wells Street, residents find comfort in the local market where they can purchase fragrant spices, imported oils, and blended wines. Many family-owned restaurants reside here - from pizza parlors to steakhouses and sushi.
