The open floor plan flows naturally into the kitchen and dining space, making it easy for groups to gather. The kitchen includes a kitchen island for gathering, butcher block countertops, pantry storage, and a dishwasher and oven/range for easy cooking. Guests enjoy central air conditioning, natural gas heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and durable flooring throughout. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay. The apartment sits in one of Caldwell’s most convenient locations, directly across from the College of Idaho campus. Nearby attractions include Indian Creek Plaza, downtown Caldwell dining and coffee shops, Canyon County Fair & Rodeo Grounds, Snake River Valley wineries, and local parks and walking paths. This location is perfect for college visits, wine tours, rodeo weekends, and Treasure Valley adventures. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the apartment will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Hosting unauthorized events or exceeding the guest limit may result in immediate cancellation, removal from the property, and penalties.
