This spacious condominium offers nearly 1200 square feet of living space, providing ample room for relaxation and entertainment. The main level features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a flat-screen HDTV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals and gathering with loved ones. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings and skylights, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Upstairs, the loft area offers a second, larger bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and another private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. A dryer is located either inside the condo or on the back porch in the utility closet. Charcoal grills are provided for all residents and guests to utilize near the pool deck. Each unit is permitted 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking next to the tennis courts on Auburn Lane. Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes. Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Checkout is at 10AM. No glass or pets in pool or surrounding enclosure. No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios as this is a fire hazard. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the building parking lots. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Must be 25 or older to book. No Smoking and No Pets Permitted. Events are not allowed. Suitable for children, but the spiral staircase to the loft can be challenging with toddlers. For those needing to work remotely, a convenient desk is available in the loft. [SI]
