Golf Colony Deerfield is a centrally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes. It's just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. There is a deep cleaning fee of $200. Routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay, typically occurring on the 4th Thursday of each month. The pest control technician, who is fully licensed and insured, will need access to your unit to perform the service and will knock before entering. A fine may be applied if entry is refused.
