This centrally located apartment is steps from the pool deck and has plenty of free parking located right outside the building. Guests must be 25 or older to rent. No pets are allowed. Routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay, typically on the 4th Thursday of each month. The pest control technician, who is fully licensed and insured, will need access to your unit to perform the service and will knock before entering. A fine may be applied if entry is refused.
