The last staircase takes you to the master bedroom suite with a verdant, woodsy, peaceful view. Hardwood floors in living-dining-kitchen-hall, 3 bedrooms. The master is carpeted, with a heated floor in the tiled bathroom. Comes with all appliances, including the washer and dryer (tenant to maintain). Master bedroom has a 3/4 bath. 2nd master bath is a 3/4 bath. Hall bath has a tub over shower. There is a powder room on the main floor. Attached 2 car garage, with a door for people to the side yard. Tenant is to care for the yard, except pruning. Pets under 45 lbs considered on a case by case basis, with extra deposit and additional rent ($25/mo-pet). Must be fixed, adult and friendly. The yard is not fenced. Tenant pays all utilities, including approximately $135 per month for water and sewer (paid with rent). HVAC is a cost-effective heat pump, and includes air conditioning.
