Tenant pays for all other utilities (electricity, garbage, and internet/tv, if desired). Tenant is responsible for yard care, including mowing, weeding, and watering. Tenants should have their own equipment and time to maintain the yard. Yard care can be provided for an additional $200 per month in rent. Pets One small/medium dog would be considered on a case-by-case basis with $50/month pet rent + $500 refundable pet deposit if allowed.
