Welcome to this adorable house on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Garden District! This home can accommodate up to 18 guests. Climb a few stairs to the front door and use a digital keypad to enter. Feel at home in this charming space. Enter into the beautiful and modern living room. This space offers comfortable accommodations during the day and can be used to sleep guests on the sofa bed at night. The fully equipped kitchen and well-appointed dining room are through the living room. This home has four bedrooms and one open room we converted into an extra sleeping space. Note: The open/semi-private room does not have a door and is open to the laundry room and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms (both with two full beds) are upstairs, and so is one full bathroom. The additional two bedrooms and open room plus two full bathrooms are on the main level. Outside, a BBQ and patio furniture is available for use! Pets are welcome with a fee. A Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. This house is conveniently located in a residential area with easy access on major highways and interstates. It's within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Alabama State University! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If there are any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. [SI]
