      I love this place so much. The management is so friendly and personable and easy to get ahold of and any issues in your apartment are taken care of immediately! My favorite part is the gym which I use on a regular basis. It’s super clean and the equipment’s is incredible. My only complaints would be lack of visitor parking. I don’t host wild parties or anything like that, but when friends or family come to visit it is always a challenge to figure out where they can park, especially being so close to Empower Field. But other than that I’m super happy I moved here!

      Ongoing Safety Issues

      Current resident, for past 12 months. Management (Angela, Janelle, and Hailey) is very tough to work with and ignores most resident requests unless you follow up a lot and make a big deal. Safety is a HUGE problem. There are thousands of people on the property each weekend for Broncos games, concerts, monster truck rallies, etc. This causes constant chaos and break-ins/theft. Also maintenance has entered my residence multiple times without notice. And other residents in the building told me they have had the same experience. My wife and the other females in the building feel especially unsafe because of this.

      Love it here!

      Having called this place home for almost six months now, I've seen a real improvement in the atmosphere and overall quality of this apartment complex since the new Manger, Angie, took over. I was happy with the amenities and location, however the staff seemed on edge and there was a lot of trash around the property, with it regularly piling up in the trash/recycling rooms. Recently, I’ve seen a noticeable enhancement in the property's cleanliness. There’s also been an uptick in community-led events and lobby decorations, which has made a huge difference in the feel of the apartment complex. One of the other driving forces for the improvements has been the assistant manager, Hailey, who always goes above and beyond for the community. Her approachability, ever-present cheerfulness, and genuine positivity helps foster a sense of community when your first entering the lobby. Interactions with her are always bright, making even mundane tasks like collecting packages or addressing minor concerns feel like a delightful conversation. Overall, if the property and community stay on the current trajectory, I plan on renewing when the time comes, even though admittedly the price is a little steep compared to some other complexes in the area.

      I truly enjoy living at 1919 Mile High. Our last building was NOT pet friendly, we got complaints about our 5lb puppy barking nonstop, and we dealt with tons of harassment and subtle racism. At 1919 Mile High we have dealt with NONE OF THAT. Fellow residents are super nice, friendly, and everybody is respectful. When we've had issues the leasing agents immediately assist us, and problems are addressed quickly and efficiently. The amenities are taken care of, common areas are kept clean, and the property looks fantastic. We are so happy we decided to lease at 1919.

      Great, safe community. Friendly, responsive, & knowledgeable staff and maintenance team. Only downside is not having any on-site guest parking spots. Living downtown, parking is already pretty limited, and sometimes (especially on event days @ Mile High Stadium) guests will be forced to park over half a mile away.

      My 1 bedroom is spacious & modern with white cabinets & drawers (with soft closing hinges) white tile backsplash, marble looking countertops & dark wood vinyl flooring that’s easy to keep clean. Kitchen appliances are brand new stainless steel. I have plenty of closet space. My king bed fits well with plenty of space in the bedroom. The building is brand new & has a ton of nice amenities. Parking garages are nice, secure & fully insulated. My car was never freezing even on some of the coldest negative degree days in December. I’ve never experienced any issues with the garage doors being stuck open or damaged. The gym has a great view of downtown with enough equipment to cover all your workout needs. The pool area is super nice and will be great during the spring & summer. The lounge areas are comfortable & people are always using them to watch sports or hang out during community events, which is awesome. There are quiet work spaces for anyone who works from home but wants/needs to get out of their unit. The lobby has a free, self serve beverage station for coffee & hot chocolate. The building as a whole is well maintained by the maintenance staff & cleaning crews. My maintenance request was handled right away the same day. Hallways & common areas are cleaned daily. It is built of steel & concrete instead of wood framing which is ideal because I never hear any of my neighbors, nor the people above me. Location is great, fast access to both directions of I-25, close to downtown, Sloans Lake & the Highlands. There are lots of grassy areas & a park nearby which is great for taking your dog out. But best of all is the staff! Janelle, Hailey, Shelby & AnneMarie are all super nice & friendly. They are very welcoming & accommodating & work hard to ensure their residents have everything they need. When I go down to the lobby to walk my dog or check the mail, they all take time out of their busy day to say hi, chat for a little & show my pup some love. They are more friends than they are ‘just’ leasing staff & they make you feel more like a friend than ‘just’ a resident. Sonya, Gio, and Danny can be seen daily, working hard at general upkeep/maintenance & they are always friendly & say hi when you pass them in the halls/common areas.

      From the day I stepped into the front lobby of 1919 when I first toured, I knew that I was going to love this apartment. The woman who gave me a tour was already prepped for my arrival and was there to greet me. From the get go, I could tell the staff was on top of it. The amenities are amazing! Not only are they aesthetically pleasing and decorated to perfection, but they are always kept clean. The unit itself was what sold me. The finishes of the apartment are beautiful, chic, and modern. Throughout the whole experience, the staff was able to answer any questions we had with detail and confidence. After living at 1919 for a month now, my opinion still has not changed. I absolutely love being apart of the 1919 community and am amazed by the professionalism of the management. At my old apartment, it would take weeks for the staff to attend to a maintenance request, but at 1919, my problem was fixed by maintenance the same day. I think it is so cool to be right next to the Empower Field. Despite the traffic on home game days for the Broncos, I have gotten to see pregame fireworks from my balcony and see the sky divers enter the game before kick off. I highly recommend 1919 to anyone looking for an affordable, yet high quality apartment building to live in.

      What a wonderful experience living here at 1919. It's very community oriented. The staff is simply amazing, they're so courteous and professional. In the short time we have lived here we have gotten to know them and enjoy spending time with all of them. The maintenance staff is excellent and they do a fantastic job making sure you're taken care of in a timely manner. I absolutely love the fitness center. I enjoy living here I think you will too.
