About This Property

Welcome to 1916 Oneida Drive. This is a traditional 2-story home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first floor boasts a very spacious kitchen with island, breakfast nook, formal dining room, family room, living room, and half bath/1st floor laundry room (washer/dryer hook-ups provided). The family room has a wood burning fireplace and French doors that lead out to the deck overlooking the large back yard. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 3 additional bedrooms which share a full bathroom. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the property. The large basement is unfinished. There is a 2-car attached garage. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn & snow maintenance. Pet friendly. Cats and small dogs only (less than 40 lbs, limit 2). $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. No smoking allowed. $40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran. Security deposit will be 1.0-1.5 times rent depending on application score. Minimum credit score (Experian*) of 640 required. *Please note, Experian scores are typically slightly lower than Transunion and Equifax scores. 12-month lease required. Income requirement - gross monthly income at least 3x the rent. NOTICE TO ALL POTENTIAL APPLICANTS: All applicants are required to complete the pet screening process, through a third party vendor - Pet Screening. The screening process is required for all applicants, regardless of whether or not applicant has an animal/pet.
