Additionally, a sunroom off the kitchen boasts an overhead fan, screened windows, and a large dining table for up to 8. The home includes three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the first floor, one bedroom has a full trundle bed with a twin bed underneath, while the other has a comfortable queen bed. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious king bed, along with a desk and chair for added convenience. The basement offers additional space with a full pull-out couch and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This area also includes a large dining room for up to 8 and offers gaming options with an old-school Nintendo 64 and a Mortal Kombat arcade game. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. The hot tub has a cleanliness fine of $250 if not maintained according to the rules. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. If it’s a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal. Enjoy the convenience of being a short drive to the lake and nearby shops and restaurants. This home offers a comfortable and convenient stay with all the amenities you could need. Be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and a $500 fine applies for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. The hot tub rules include using beach towels only, no kids allowed without adult supervision, no diving or jumping, no food or drinks, no glass around the hot tub, and turning off jets after use. Respect neighbors by keeping noise levels down and no smoking while in the hot tub.
