Unauthorized parties may result in prosecution for criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Smoking or lighting anything indoors is prohibited and will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, unreturned keys, and deep cleaning.
