It features a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, ice maker, dishes, silverware, and cookware. Enjoy indoor comfort with an electric fireplace and smart TV. For outdoor cooking, there is a barbecue grill with utensils and an outdoor kitchen. There are indoor and outdoor dining options available. Fresh towels and starter toiletries are provided in the full bath, and there's an outdoor shower for rinsing off after outdoor activities. Guests can bring up to 2 pets with advance notification and a fee of $100 per pet per stay. The neighborhood is great for families or groups and provides a peaceful backdrop for your glamping experience. A car is recommended for exploring nearby parks, beaches, trails, and local attractions. The property offers a peaceful and private glamping setting while keeping you close to outdoor adventures and entertainment in the surrounding area. Please note that there may be another guest staying in a separate, fully fenced area of the property, ensuring privacy while sharing the space. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the rental, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. [SI]
