A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the backyard, and guests must pick up after their pet or incur a penalty of $75 per incident. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the rental, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
