Our MB Ocean Park Resort #1208 direct oceanfront 2BR/2BA condo on the top 12th floor, sleeps 6 max. Condo has spectacular views from 2 direct oceanfront balconies in den and master bedroom on top 12th floor. Condo is upgraded every year. Rate based on previously renting this condo for last 20 years. Sat to Sat weekly rentals only from April - Sept. ****Renter must be: single married family (1-2 max.), small non fighting type dogs under 40 lbs. each okay (see OP Resort pet rules via owner), no smoking, no groups, over 22, max. of 6 people.****2 new 2” gelfoam queen mattress toppers installed in 8/19. New master bath toilet in 6/23, new refrigerator in 11/22, new HVAC system installed. 6/24 - new 43” smart HDTV in den. We own and rent our MB OP1208 Direct oceanfront two bedroom / two bath condo, sleeps 6 max. since 2005. You are welcome to verify me as owner with Horry County Tax Assessors office, business license #284, and myrtle beach business license #11536. Monthly rentals (1-3 months max) require the following: - complete our monthly rental application below for owner approval first. Please print out form, complete form, and email or text back to Owner. - your valid drivers license to verify / approve you, & proof of employment, please email or text to Owner. Owner reviews and approves or not. You can not have any criminal record on background check. - major credit card info for $1900 (2BR) / month rent payment in full plus $1900 refundable security deposit. Sorry, no cats! We love cats but they can pee on carpet. Dogs okay in some of our rental homes (3 of our homes & some restrictions apply). We have new carpet and have had cats ruin new carpet pad from peeing on carpet, since new place and moving. I have had cats all my life and know for a fact this is a real potential.
