Back through the kitchen, at the back of the main house, you will find the second full bathroom adjacent to the laundry room which will be equipped with a brand new washer & dryer. Just outside and around the corner from the back laundry room door you with find the entrance to the back studio apartment. As you walk in, a small kitchenette has just been given brand new cabinetry, sink, butcher block counter top and fun patterned tile flooring. (This area was recently upgraded and new photos will be added to the listing soon!) Gas hook-ups and an electrical outlet are located on the wall across from the kitchenette, should you choose to furnish this studio space with an apartment sized stove and fridge or mini-fridge. As you walk into the main room, you will find that this sleeping space is actually the largest in the home. With a private full bathroom, the luxury of a private kitchenette and a room large enough for a king sized bed and additional seating - this studio space could easily become the primary suite!
