Spacious first floor lower flat with direct access to a large fenced in yard. The pictures don't do justice to the natural beauty of this historic home. The kitchen has been freshly re-painted a muted gray with white cabinets. All appliances included (no microwave). Each of the two bedrooms have ginormous walk in closets which is not common for the era of this home. All original hardwood floors throughout the home have been recently refinished. It has a formal dining room with built in china cabinet which leads into a formal living room with faux fire place. Off the kitchen is another family room living space which leads into the yard. There is a detached garage with one space for the lower unit. Off street parking is available with a permit from the city. There is a separate washer and dryer for each unit in the basement and your own locked storage room. You pay the utilities for your unit and the water bill is split between the upper and lower unit depending on how many people occupy each unit. I require last month's rent plus a security deposit up front. Animals are welcome on a case by case basis with a limit of not more than 2 dogs or 2 cats. There is a one-time non-refundable pet deposit required. This home has been in my family for over 80 years and I am looking for someone who will appreciate and sustain all the historic qualities this house has to offer. I am very attentive to the needs of my tenants.
