I graduated from William and Mary Law School in May 2013. I bought this house new when I moved to Williamsburg for law school in August 2010 and lived here all three years of school. The house was leased to law school students until May 2018, when we took on a long-term tenant who cared for the house as if it was her own for the past 6 years (moving out in May 2024).
The lease would be a 12 month lease starting July 1, 2024 but a multi-year lease could be negotiated if desired. The start date of the lease may be somewhat negotiable as well.
