The apartment has its own entrance, washer/dryer in unit, a semi-private backyard patio, and driveway parking. Very quick walk to Nomad Coffee, the Bagel Place, Firebird Café, and so many other restaurants, bars, shops, and parks. Two adult owners live in the downstairs apartment. This is a fairly quiet family neighborhood. No smoking allowed on property (inside or out). Utilities (gas & electric) are separate. Owner pays for water & trash pickup. We are open to some dogs or cats ($200 pet deposit required and an additional $25.00 per month, per pet). Please include details about your pet in your application. 12 month lease. Security deposit + first month's rent due upon signing. Lease start date flexible starting as early as 9/17/24. Planning to install all new carpets in unit for next renter.
