Includes the use of all living areas within the house, but does not include the use of any other part of the campus, including studios, shops, buildings, etc. Artist studios and shop spaces/access are available separately. Rent is $500/month plus a security deposit. Includes all utilities; the house is heated by a wood stove. Tenant is required to help with household chores, including cleaning and bringing in firewood during the winter heating months.
