This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. It is 19 km from John's Pass and Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, 24 km from Chihuly Collection, 25 km from Tropicana Field and St. Pete Pier, and 7 km from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. It is a 10-minute drive to beautiful beach access, 8 minutes to Seminole City Center, 20 minutes to Clearwater, and 30 minutes to Tampa. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors and keep the neighborhood quiet and safe. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).
