We come and go from the farm attending to our animals and chores. Tenant needs to be comfortable with regular interaction with the owner and others frequenting the farm setting. Owner will also cost shares utilities. All grounds maintenance is provides by owner: grounds are large and well developed. Snow plowing driveway and parking is provided, but tenant must be capable of shoveling out the walking areas and around their car. NO SUBLETS. Smoke free environment. Pets negotiable. Tenant must provide their own trash service or be 100% recycle capable. Lease requires a carpet cleaning fee. Works well for graduate student or single professional. If interested contact as requested and be prepared to talk. House has natural gas and is capable of getting a few IT providers at the location.
