About This Property

View the amazing pictures - Very large 2 bedroom / 2 bath - All bills paid. It's like living in the country just blocks from 435 and Shawnee Mission Pkwy. Amazing wooded area with theaters & grocery stores minutes away. This is a completely renovated 1,800 square foot two level two bedroom / two bath apartment. The landlord pays all the bills: Electric, Gas, Water & Trash. The main floor is entirely ceramic tile has one bedroom with a full bath along with an open layout kitchen, living room & dining room area. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops as you can see in the pictures. The upstairs is entirely oak hardwood except for the ceramic tile bathroom and is an extremely large bedroom/living room studio with a full bath and a walk-in closest. The bathroom & closet have wooden barn doors. We are renting it for about $150 less than normal right now because most tenants won't be looking for apartments for another couple of months. Because of that extra $150 in savings a month we'll be requiring a 14+ month lease or a lease that ends May 30th, 2021. There is off street parking and a single garage available. Two building complex with plenty of lawn for relaxing. It's a wonderfully wooded area, but yet still in the middle of the city.
