About This Home
-Very nice apartment in an upscale neighborhood. - Shared entrance to get into the apartment via the hallway. Once inside the apartment it's private. I was a former VRBO and Air BNB unit and I received excellent reviews. Proof of those available upon request. It's similar to a hotel lobby and privacy once you enter the apartment. -2 blocks to the free local bus system and less than a mile walking distance to the gondola. (15 min walk). -Fully furnished with everything you need to move in. -Living room has a barn door. -The sofas are nice and comfortable and are electrically reclinable. -Lights are all dimmable and the colors are changeable via a phone app. -One 5 foot window and another smaller window in the kitchen -There is no traditional stove but many ways to cook including a natural gas grill outside. If you need to use a stove I have one in the main house for your convenience. See pic. There is also a exterior natural gas grill. The grill is a Weber and nearly new. -Wall fireplace for ambiance and mood setting. -65 inch tv in living room and 42 inch bedroom. Tons of CATV channels and Roku in both TVs. -In-floor radiant heat. It's nice and comfortable heat. Your own thermostat - Summertime the temperature stays in the low 70 degree range without A/C. Thus I stated it has AC. Actually better than AC and more healthy -Super nice Roman type shower with dual shower heads. -Grey wood laminate floors for easy cleaning and a nice look. I have two vacuums available. I Dyson type and traditional one. -Lots and lots of amenities not mentioned. For example touch lights and USB out throughout the unit. -Washer and Dryer in unit, front load and nice and nearly new. - Deep freezer -Cool poker table with a glass top in kitchen area. Thinking about changing the table to a bar height smaller table in the kitchen. We can discuss if the poker table is still here prior to completing the lease. - Storage chest or trunk in the living room area for extra storage. Plus there is storage in the utility room/laundry and two closets. If you ski there's room on the deck for a pair or two of skis. - Swing lock on door for added security - Entrance to home has sensor lights and exterior security cameras as well. This area is exceptionally safe. I have not heard of anyone having a and problems with car break ins or and illegal activities. -French doors for bedroom with curtains. Blackout curtains for the exterior windows for those that work nights or like to sleep in with virtually no light in the bedroom. Wood shuttles on the windows as well. Nice view of the garden as well from the unit. -King size bed with a $3000 new mattress, it's quite luxurious. I have king sheets and pillows, towels etc. -One parking spot for no larger than mid-size car. No big cars or trucks, sorry there is no room. Car must be in decent shape b/c of my HOA requirements. Sorry not my rules. If you park in the driveway during snow removal days I need your assistance to move your car so snow can be removed once. Owner will pay for snow removal. -Must be respectful, and financially solid. -One month deposit and first month's rent due prior to move in. Owner can work with you on the deposit to spread it over 2 months. -Cost to move in: -$2100 rent - utilities included -$ 900 Refundable security deposit (1/2 deposit) Total $3000 -Second month the cost will be the same to pay the second 1/2 of the deposit. -Third month and beyond will be $2100 total. All utils included. Prefer 6 months to one year lease. If renting in the ski season I require a lease to the end of April. Otherwise we can advertise the unit for another renter to essentially sublease so you can move out prior. We can discuss these details further so it's clear. -NO Hard core partying, -NO cigarettes, no illegal drugs. -NO COUPLES -NO PETS. -References required, good credit history and background check is required. -Must be at least 21 per my attorney due to drinking laws etc. - 420 friendly with caveats. NO illegal DRUGS/ No Exceptions! -E-mail me and I'll promptly get back to you. If you prefer, leave a phone number and I will call or email. -Be sure to check your spam in case my reply gets misdirected. Owner is a professional, legit, fair and ethical. Long time local and reasonable and strongly believes in returning the deposit in full. In fact you can use a portion of the deposit for your last month's rent. The rest will be refunded as soon as possible after you move out if our business relationship is on good terms. Otherwise the standard 30 days timeline will be applicable. - Most tenants upon completion of the lease, if on good terms, we are friends. if my place is clean and nothing is damaged.
