Rent is $3,300/month, with additional $100/month utilities charge for trash, water, sewer, and grounds maintenance. APPLICATION PROCESS: We request that applicants who meet our renter criteria submit applications through TurboTenant. Complete applications will be reviewed in the order that they are received. An application is considered "complete" when you have done the following: 1) viewed the property, 2) completed the Rental Application, and 3) completed the Screening Report. A Rental Application and Screening Report must be submitted for everyone 18 and older who will be living at the property before application will be considered. The Screening Report fee through TurboTenant is $45. Once complete, applications require up to 5 business days for processing regardless of the property availability date. Once approved, lease must be signed electronically and security deposit paid within 24 hours of approval or the property will be made available to the next qualified applicant.
