There is a full bath at the end of the hall with ventilation to the front of the house. The barn/workshop has access to the horse stalls and RV and/or boat storage. It also has a hay pellet hopper that feeds to the three horse stalls, that could be configured into a chickencoop with some effort. The patio has a garden gate that leads to the grassy side yard and inoperative water pump from days gone by. Water is a flat $70 per month and paid by tenant.
