Looking for ONE roommate to share a 1200 sq ft condo room. Current roommate is moving out on Sep 15th, 2017 and will have availability afterward. Condo is within walking distance to Centerra shopping centers on the west side of I-25. Dog park access is within walking distance as well. Utilities are NOT included. Utilities range from $40-$60 average per month, this may fluctuate depending on the season. Current tenant does have high-speed internet installed. Parking is lot based and property will provide parking passes. Currently, you would be living with another MALE tenant. Currently, there are 3 dogs on the premises and a fish tank. One husky/chow mix, a Shih Tzu and an Australian cattle dog. They stay within the other tenant's room during the day and only come out when it is proper to do so or when the tenant is home. The current tenant is named Curtis and will be handling the roommate move into the property. The property owner is currently looking for a tenant without pets, but if tenant has pets there is an additional deposit required: $300 If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us!
