We have a beautiful 3BR/2BA condo (~1,700 sq ft) in the NoPa/Alamo Square area available for rent. There is a unit above us and a unit below us with a shared backyard - the backyard is truly a lovely little oasis. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge with a good sized walk-in closet (especially by SF standards). The living room and kitchen have a contemporary open layout. The kitchen appliances are all stainless steel, with a large dishwasher. Kitchen countertops are black quartz with ivory kitchen cabinets. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well. We also have an additional storage unit (roughly 150 sqft in addition to the 1700 sqft apartment) in the basement that is for the tenants' use. We are minutes from the Panhandle park, the Alamo Square Park with the Painted Ladies, about 20 mins walk to Golden Gate park, and a block from Divisadero (tech company buses/shuttles pickup and drop-off stops are very close). Divisadero has lots of great restaurants (that now have outdoor patios for dining), dessert spots and shops. Golden Gate avenue, in front of the property, has been deemed a permanent slow street. This makes parking easier in that area as it is mostly only the people that live on that street who park there. Slow streets also mean lots of fun for families who want to go bike riding, scootering, walking, etc. on that street, as you are less likely to face a lot of vehicle traffic. Rent includes water and garbage.
