Both rooms have a very confortable king size bed, dressers, the master has in suite bathroom and TV. Living room is nicely decorated with a big screen TV and the most confortable couch you ever sat on. Kitchen is fully equipped, and has stainless steel appliances. 1 assign and covered parking spot plus another spot that is not covered and it's on first come first serve basis but it's never an issue. Front patio to enjoy the summer nights. The complex has 3 pools and 2 jacuzzis as well as laundry and half a basketball court a playground and grills. It's available July 13th. Pets are welcome, but the complex only allows 2 per unit and each less than 20 pounds. Internet and cable is included. Just pay electricity and gas
