The views of the city are amazing as you can watch the sunrise over the buildings while you lay in bed. The Loft is good for couples, solo adventurers and extended business travelers. I hope you love it as much as I do:) The space is incredibly unique. It is a true loft with all the exposed brick, concrete and duct work. There are two bedrooms upstairs in the loft area. They are separate from each other and they are not visible to each other; however, there is no true privacy by being in the bedrooms. The upstairs is completely open to the downstairs. In the master bedroom, there are sliding panels for visual privacy. Because of the exposed duct work, the sliding panels do not go all the way to the ceiling. You will have full access to the building. This includes access to the roof top deck, which overlooks the city and the mountains. It truly feels as though you are on top of the world. It is absolutely gorgeous as the sun is setting, because of the view of downtown with the mountains in the background. Parking - There is one parking spot included. And for your guests or if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of street parking directly in front of the building. The street parking does not have meters or a time limit. We are very fortunate to have the block we live on! The only thing you need to pay attention to are the signs on either side of the street, because between the months of April and November there is street sweeping the first Tuesday and Wednesday of each month, which requires no parking on one side of the street each day.
