(1855 Independence Rd.) + Area: 400 sq ft = 37.8 sq m + Affordable rent: $798/month (includes electricity, gas, high-speed wifi, cable TV) + Rent start: October 1 2017 Details: + Quiet, safe neighborhood + 8-minute drive to campus + 4-minute drive to Grandview and Lennox Sq. mall (restaurants, cafés, bars, movies) + 3-minute walk to Kroger supermarket (open until 11 p.m) + Bus stop to campus right next to apartment complex + Air conditioning, ceiling fan, heater + Gym, pool, bbq grill, sand volleyball court, basketball court + Laundry room (washer & dryer) + Janitor service included You would take over the current lease, which ends in July 2018. After that, you can choose to renew it for as long as you want to! (Since I am moving abroad, I am also willing to leave kitchenware, bed, table, chairs, microwave oven, and other things for a low price.)
