The shared kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, air fryers, and dishwasher. The bathroom and living room are also shared. A washer and dryer are available in the basement 24/7 with no restricted laundry hours. The home has central air conditioning and forced-air heating. Street parking is available. The property is located on a corner lot with alley access and includes a fenced backyard, patio area, and fire pit. The homeowner handles lawn care and exterior maintenance. The homeowner lives in a separate bedroom in the basement, offering additional separation from the first-floor bedrooms. The front-facing bedroom contains the home’s attic access. Attic access is rarely needed, and any non-emergency access will be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice. A written rental agreement is required with a minimum six-month term. This is a non-smoking home. Pets may be considered with prior approval and require a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per approved pet. No monthly pet rent. In-person showings are available by appointment.
