Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes. Quiet hours are observed between 11pm and 7am. No pets are allowed. No smoking is permitted. No events are allowed. Check-out is at 10 AM. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. No children under 12 years of age are allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners who live on property year round. Noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
