Hi San Jose, Looking for a young, professional female for a single private room in a 550sqft, 2 bedroom/1 Bathroom in-law unit. The unit is located behind a larger home on N. 9th Street and Saint James in San Jose. It is within blocks of the downtown San Jose Restaurants and Bars, SJSU, Japan Town, multiple groceries stores, freeways, and public transportation such as Bus stops and the St. James VTA stop. The cottage includes amenities such as: -Central Heating -Fully Equipped Kitchen -Large Bathroom -Coin-less Washer and Dryer -New paint and carpeting -Security and Privacy -Extra Secured Storage (perfect for bikes) -Water, Electricity, Gas, Garbage included (up to $250) -Lofts in each bedroom for extra space -Keypad entry You will be living another lady who just moved from Philly to the bay for work. We are looking for $1125/month for the room and the lease to begin between Feb 15th-March1st. No smoking inside, no pets, and no more than 2 people.
