Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Baseboard electric heat. No central air conditioning, however, a mini-split in the main living area provides thermostat-controlled heating and cooling. Additionally, window air conditioning units will remain for tenant use, but these units will not be repaired or replaced by the homeowner. Community laundry and a storage unit are located on the basement level - both are available for tenant use. Two parking spaces are included. (Garage parking is not included.) Hardwood and tile flooring throughout. Per the condominium association, 75% of the flooring surface must be covered with rugs. Included utilities: water, hot water, sewer, and garbage removal.
