The house has central heat & air-conditioning, large basement and a washer & dryer. This house is pet friendly - each pet has a $30/month pet fee. Limit of two animals and all pets must be approved prior to entering the unit. Rent for 2025-2026: $4,475 for the house or $895/bedroom. Tenants are to set up accounts for electric, water, trash pickup (free with TOB water service) and cable/wifi. The rental price includes lawn maintenance and parking for tenants. Lease term for April or May 2026 to July 28th, 2027. All tenants on shared lease. Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, each tenant pays $200 non-refundable administration fee and security deposit of $695.
