Building includes an elevator and 24 hour video security. All finishings are granite, marble, or quartz. Appliances are stainless steal and floors hardwood, marble, and wool carpet (in bedrooms). Much of the condo has been upgraded from the original build. The person writing this listing is the condo owner (hi!). We aren't a rental or management company -- just a couple looking to rent out the place we lived in for the past 7 years, hoping to find someone that will enjoy it as much as we have.
