1845 Junipero Ave Unit Front Room

Hello! This is a single-occupancy room in a 3 bedroom house. We already have 2 cats here so no more pets are allowed. There are two tenants here currently - one works full time, one works part time and is in school. The bathroom is shared with one tenant and was renovated this month! A little about the property - we are big on safety, security, and kindness. We share a chore chart and try to pitch in equally with taking the trash out, cleaning the stove, etc, and expect everyone to keep the house tidy. Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors, including any vapes, candles or incense. The kitchen is open access but one of the tenants is severely allergic to pork, so no pork is allowed in the house. There is also a studio in the backyard (it is entirely separate but we share the backyard and laundry shed.) We have shared board and card games in the living room and occasionally spend time together out back on the deck to keep the community vibe open and comfortable. The utilities are all included in the rent, and parking is negotiable (free to share or a small monthly fee for dedicated parking.) The lease is 6 months to start and if it goes well it can be renewed or extended.
