Property Id: 2546510 We have a large, private bedroom with shared bathroom for rent. Very well-kept rooms and living space, with a balcony, and tons of space. In-unit washer and dryer, and dedicated parking spaces right next to the apartment. This is a very nice, spacious place to live at a very affordable price! Available Sept 1st Private room with shared bathroom - $570 First and Last month's rent due at signing Security Deposit - $375 per room ($325 returnable at move out) Application fee - $45 through TurboTenant (contact us for more info) Includes background check, credit score check, and is required upon applying. Renters are responsible for utilities. They are split between the 4 tenants. They average to be about $80 a month per person. Utilities include: internet, gas, electric, water, sewage, garbage, and recycling. This is a co-ed apartment, with both female and male roommates, each with their own private rooms. There are also some super cute kitties currently living in the unit, who have access to the community living spaces. (We are at the pet limit. As such, we cannot let any more fur babies into the apartment. Sorry!) Bedrooms are all very spacious, and are unfurnished. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and all bathrooms include a tub and shower. The community living space and kitchen are fully furnished. We have an in-unit washer and dryer, a balcony off the kitchen, and all appliances are in great condition. Parking includes a free dedicated spot right in front of the apartment, and tons of parking spots along the street. We are 11 min from UVU, and 16 min from BYU. The 850 bus passes right outside on State Street, and the 862 bus runs close by along 1600 N.
