About 1839 Ashton Ln Kent, OH 44240
Looking for someone to take over my lease at Campus Pointe. The apartment (room 174D) will be available to sublease starting January 2nd 2018. January rent is paid for so you don't have to start payments till February 1st. The lease ends July 2018 and it's renewable. The apartment is a four-bedroom apartment, on the second floor, currently one other resident lives in one of the bedrooms. Rent total is $670 (but I’m willing to divide the payments-you would pay $500 and I would cover the rest of the $170) and that includes everything (electricity, water and internet, free cable with cable box included)fully furnished and built in washer and dryer, full kitchen space with a marble counter top, includes lots of space for storage. You would get your own bedroom which comes with its own bathroom as well. ***25 minutes from Kent State University by walking or by a PARTA bus which comes in front of building every 15 minutes Monday-Saturday. ***
